Built out Sapient's global Design Delivery approach to meet the scaled demands of Verizon.
When Verizon — one of the largest telcos in the world — needed a design partner at their scale, Publicis Sapient had a $9M account, no offshore XD capability, and no delivery engine built to grow. I changed all three: stood up Sapient's first India experience design team from nothing, launched LATAM design as the first of its kind in the organization, and built the infrastructure to run multiple Verizon workstreams in parallel without losing quality. That $9M account became $25M — driven by a 235% sales increase on the commerce platform, a 197% conversion lift through AI-driven design, 300+ experience defects found and fixed in retail, and a platform processing 25,000 orders per minute at peak. I didn't grow that account by doing more work.
